Cheerleader Safety Institue (CSI) can provide safety assessments for parents, sponsors, coaches, gym owners, and instructors to assure them that their cheerleader(s) and squads are practicing and performing in an environment where all risks are reasonably mitigated.

These safety assessments can be done for:
• School practicing facilities (.5 days)
• Gym practicing facilities (.5 days)
• Coach preparation and knowledge base (.5 days)
• Sponsor preparation and knowledge base (.5 days)
• Team practices and skill assessment (.5 days)

These assessments will provide a comprehensive assessment of all risk indicators and how they impact all involved. From these assessments, recommendations on potential improvements to reduce risk and injury will be forwarded. Also, if your facility meets the minimum safety specifications, you can be CSI safety certified. These criteria include, but are not limited to, coach to student ratio, knowledge base of coach, sponsor and athlete, and facility safety equipment. These assessments are done on-site and can range from 1 to 3 days depending on the level of detail desired. Each day is $750 plus reasonable travel expenses.
