Each DVD has over 150 individual video segments totaling over 2 hours of instruction. Typically this amount of instruction would cost hundreds of dollars and require 30-50 hours in a class. Additionally, that instruction would occur one time. With these innovative DVD’s, you can see it time and again, in slow motion or reverse, and from different angles! These DVD’s have additional value by providing the pre-requisites for each skill, a degree of difficulty, unique key points to be careful of, and spotting recommendations.

Beginner to Advanced Tumbling This DVD is designed to teach cheerleaders beginner to intermediate tumbling skills and techniques. Proper education starts with the basics. The Advanced Tumbling DVD begins with the proper body position of the handstand and ends many skills later with the standing back handspring. The user will be able to see each skill from the from the front and side profile along with all the appropriate audio instruction. The Advanced Tumbling DVD also incorporates proper spotting and key points to watch out for that may prevent skill progression.
